My name is Gypsy Akhyar and I study algebraic combinatorics!

In particular, I study symmetric polynomials (polynomials invariant under the action of Weyl groups) via integrable vertex models.

Currently, I am an MSc student at the University of Melbourne under the supervision of Michael Wheeler. My thesis is on non-symmetric Schur polynomials.
